Reflexology sessions at The Chatsworth Studio are run by Nikky Dugdale of Hands Like Feet Reflexology.

Nikky worked as a Physiotherapist for many years before training as a Reflexologist.

Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that encourages the body to balance and heal itself. It promotes a sense of wellbeing and deep relaxation to optimise your health. It aids sleep, releases tension and can improve mood.  It is suitable for both men and women of every age, stage and mental capacity. Clients have ranged from 1 day old (her own baby) up to 90+ years of age, non-verbal children to non-verbal adults.

As well as this, Nikky successfully supports many women through perimenopause and menopause. Research has shown that reflexology can help with the myriad of symptoms during this stage of life.
